One of the highlights of your holiday at Coco Shambhala can be a private dining experience with Shagun. An elegant and romantic dining space, in the living pavilion of your luxury villa, where Shagun will personally host you for the evening and explain each carefully crafted course, as it arrives.

Shagun Mehra was raised in a family of hoteliers and studied at the prestigious École Les Roches in Switzerland, following her passion in culinary arts to pursuing a course in patisserie, French wines and cheese at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. Shagun co-founded the KBR School of Wine in Mumbai, the first wine school of the country to be affiliated with the coveted WSET UK. She has acquired certifications in Intermediate & Advanced levels of Wine Study from WSET UK, which qualify her as a trainer.
Recognised as one of India’s foremost wine sommeliers, Shagun is a storehouse of knowledge and fun. Besides heading the culinary team, she also organizes exclusive evening experiences, exploring the sensory world of food and wine, at Coco Shambhala Goa in the form of intimate private dining, culinary classes and wine courses.
