From a romantic candlelit dinner by the pool, a beachside barbecue or a formal dinner under the Cashew tree, every detail is meticulously planned by our team of professionals to make every meal a special occasion.
We have recently teamed up with one of the country’s most consistent & creative brewers, Great state Aleworks, to introduce fresh tap beers to our flagship property hidden away in the magical coastal region of Sindhudurg. We work closely with Great State’s founder, Nakul Bhonsle to select a range of changing beers to suit the season. The journey from the brewery in Pune to our location is a grueling 8 hour drive, but worth the effort to savor some of the best brews in the country in the comfort of your own villa overlooking the Arabian Sea. The signature New England Indian Pale Ale remains a favorite, but it’s some of the more creative brews which catch the eye; from a Rhubarb or Guava Gose, with their light fruit sours, perfect for hot sunny days by the pool, to a crisp Bajra (a local grain) Brut to pair with a spicy Malvani dinner, there is something for everyone.
