Celebrate Christmas with a  Coco Shambhala cocktail!
  1. Blend sugar syrup and fresh lime juice and freeze.
  2. Blend together beetroot, carrots and oranges. Pour 100 ml of this healthy juice, adding 60ml of tequila 😉 into a margarita glass.
  3. Add the frozen sweet & sour mix to the tequila & juice.
  4. Add a sprig of mint for garnish, and put on your best pout (optional)
Mistletoe or not, you’ll have a merry Christmas with this one 😉
